Humboldt Outdoor is an Afghani strain that was cultivated in Humboldt County, California in the 1970’s.  Humboldt’s popularity and availability remained in Northern California until the strain found its way to Holland; seeds began to be generated and available to the public.  The Humboldt strain ironically achieved the height of its popularity in the early 1990’s in Europe and then came full circle by making its way back across the Atlantic Ocean to its California roots. Humboldt plants grow tall and fast while producing above average yields. Humboldt is piney, woody, and earthy in smell and taste.
